Spring Meeting is March 25th at the Canyon Lake Activity Center. The meeting starts at 9 am in the Dining Room, followed by the Spring Kick-off Walk. 

BHVA Board meeting is Monday, May 15th in the Community Room at the Rapid City Public Library.

Twenty-four walkers enjoyed the beautiful weather on New Years Day in Rapid City. We met atAlex Johnson for some fresh air and a healthier New Year! We did a group walk and enjoyed one another's company.

Sunshine, Fresh Air, & Exercise are good for us!

Membership Chair, Beth Hendricks also wanted me to remind those of you that haven't renewed your dues yet that now would be a great time to due so.
